Welcome to my ...WIKI!! I never get tired of using that word. Anyways, I've been a TMBG fan since a long time ago. I just didn't know it then. I heard Doctor Worm on Nickelodeon when I was in the 1st grade. Then there were also the episodes of Tiny Toons I watched at like, 7:00 on Satruday mornings on Cartoon Network. (Cartoon Network doesn't do that anymore unfortunately). I listen to the station EQX and they used to run a whole buncha stuff by TMBG. I didn't know it was Them untill about the late fall 2005 when the guy anounced the song Don't Let's Start was by them. I also found Experimental Film on Homestar Runner around the same time. I was hooked.

I wasn't able to find any TMBG albums untill this year (2006). I bought their debut album and I think it's the coolest thing ever. It's been a couple of months now and I've only listened to 2 of their albums and one EP (I've nearly forgotten all the songs by now...). I own both of the albums and I listened to the EP on the internet. I borrowed and burned one album from my friend (I lost it soon after, so I didn't count it). I have also listened to a lot of songs on the internet.

Recently, I went to the Tulip Fest. It was the coolest, and only, TMBG concert I have ever seen. I feel like an idiot now because I've missed so many concerts in the past. Anyways, my friend bought a copy of Flood signed by Linnell, Flans, and Danny Weinkauf. I'm now REALLY angry on how I ran out of money that day, but on the bright side, I did get to at least see Them...and stuff.

Now They Might Be Giants has inspired me to relearn to play the guitar. I did once take lessons but I had to quit for reasons unknown...I need to tune it REALLY badly now. This summer, I'll summer I will have alot of free time to practice.

Time Passed...

I just got back from Borders book shop today and I found an autographed copy of Flood in the bin. When I bought it, I asked the lady at the desk why it was signed and she siad, "It must be a leftover from when They Might Be Giants played here last year. I just stared open mouthed because I relised I became a fan that year, but after they played. Now I'm mad at myself that I didn't bother to find out who they were earlier. I went back to the bin the CD's were in and I bought a copy of Apollo 18 signed by Flans, Linnell, and Dan Weinkauf. I didn't buy a copy of The Spine though. I ran out of money...again.

More Time Passed...

I recently bought a copy of Lincoln, but it's not signed... =(
