Fan Recaps and Comments:

16+ show, featuring songs from John Henry.

Perspixx:

8:05 p.m. start.
Technical problems at the end of the Set 1, which was supposed to conclude with The End Of The Tour but couldn't due to some issue with Linnell's keyboard setup. They bailed out of Set 1 early and the techs spent a bit of time working on the rig between sets, getting it fixed so the End of the Tour could be played during the first encore. They also updated or replaced the set lists during the break.
After they introduced Unrelated Thing as "the slowest song from John Henry", several members of the crowd were yelling to correct them afterwards, insisting that it was not actually the slowest song on the album. Perhaps they were hoping to hear O, Do Not Forsake Me instead?
Banter was not as funny and memorable as last night, and veered into a discussion of the Jewish banking conspiracy that was likely intended as good-natured, but ended up being quite uncomfortable and resulted in an extended awkward silence with neither John sure how to wrap it up and proceed into the next song. There was also discussion about the failure to include Man, It's So Loud In Here during yesterday's Mink Car set.
No One Knows My Plan and Spy were big highlights of the John Henry portion of the show.
Crowd just about exploded when Don't Let's Start began. This was my girlfriend's first-ever TMBG show and I think I got her hooked.

john flansburgh doesn't know any anarchists capable of organising bus trips.

Brontosaurus -> Don’t Let’s Start -> Memo -> Damn Good Times -> MISLIH -> Moonbeam Rays -> WYEDG -> When Will You Die nearly killed me. What a hunk of sound. Had a great time chatting with folks at this one, including yawn guy from the previous night.
