Timothy McSweeney's Very Intense Heated Passionate Battle/Embrace with They Might Be Giants is the sixth issue of Timothy McSweeney's Quarterly Concern, a literary journal edited by Dave Eggers. The book contains a collection of pieces of literature and artwork. These are accompanied by tracks on the disc. This particular issue also includes art from Marcel Dzama and Amy Sillman. Two variations of the cover exist, one which reads "WE NOW KNOW WHO" and the other, which commands onlookers to "FIND THEM AND CONVINCE THEM".
