McSweeney's Quarterly Concern is a literary magazine edited by Dave Eggers.
In 2001, They Might Be Giants made a CD accompanying the sixth issue, and performed at several McSweeney's-affiliated events to celebrate its release.
McSweeney's also has a publishing company, McSweeney's Books, which in 2004 published The Future Dictionary of America, a political-minded book/CD package featuring the TMBG song "Tippecanoe And Tyler Too." The Believer, another periodical published on the McSweeney's imprint, features several Tony Millionaire drawings each month.
