Them Ain't Big Eye Ants is a music video compilation DVD released on December 3, 2012, initially with purchases of the 2012 Holiday Bundle. The title is an oronymic malapropism of the band's name. The DVD features They Might Be Giants music videos from 2004 to 2012, including seven videos previously released on the Venue Songs DVD: "Bastard Wants To Hit Me", "Damn Good Times", "Anaheim", "Experimental Film", "Asbury Park", "Hollywood" and "I'm All You Can Think About".

The artwork for the DVD is a still from the construction of the live-size Join Us monster truck hearse — featured in the music video for "When Will You Die" — by the Office of Paul Sahre. The main menu is a still from "Can't Keep Johnny Down" (Bees Knees Version), the back cover is a still from "We Live In A Dump" and the disc art is a still from "The Mesopotamians".

Following an oversight due to the bundle's time sensitivity, the original issue of the DVD, included with TMBG's 2012 Holiday Bundle, included numerous technical flaws. Purchasers received a note of apology from John Flansburgh stating that new, corrected copies would be shipped to those who received the bundle. The following flaws were present on initial copies:

The video for "I'm Impressed" was included on the DVD twice. First, at the end of the track containing the video for "The Mesopotamians", and then again on its own later on.
Several videos throughout the DVD were presented in an incorrect aspect ratio, shown at 4:3 (full frame) when they were actually produced in 16:9 (widescreen), causing them to appear "squished". Some videos (including those from The Else) were produced in 16:9, but are presented on the DVD letterboxed into a 4:3 picture with black bars on the top and bottom. Many recent videos from 2011 to 2012 were presented in anamorphic widescreen on the DVD (resulting in a full 16:9 image with no borders), but a few of them were incorrectly presented in 4:3.

The replacement second pressing of the DVD was sent out in May 2013. Replacement shipments were bundled with a randomly selected They Might Be Giants CD. The second pressing has the original DVD's technical problems resolved — videos are presented in higher quality and all at the proper aspect ratio, though widescreen videos on this pressing are all presented letterboxed (with black bars) rather than in anamorphic widescreen.
Just as on Join Us (Four Advance Tracks), "Cloisonné" is misspelled "Cloissoné" on the DVD's back cover.
Spare copies of the first pressing were given away in July 2014 with discounted T-shirts.
