They Might Be Giants
Rock City in Nottingham, UK

Fan Recaps and Comments
- My second (and last) time seeing the band on this tour, thanks to a Nottingham-based friend who let me crash over. After a peaceful hour in the line I somehow ended up in like the exact same barrier spot as my first night. I waas happy--it seemed the perfect place to be. The venue was packed and the energy was wonderful. Though I was in a nervous mood in the unfamiliar city, tmbg made it feel better.
- Flansburgh joked about how the venue had provided them water cans that looked like alcohol--they really did. He was awed at the amount of nail salons and vape shops in Nottingham. Linnell talked about going on the Christmas ferris wheel in the city centre alone, which Flansburgh joked might land him on a watchlist--this transitioned into that story about Linnell tearing up on the It's a Small World ride.
- The setlist was awesome. There was Famous Polka with a cute coordinated kick Dan joined in on, Linnell flipping his shoe off his foot at the end of Stellub, and a really electric Operation performance--Flansburgh did this cool move where he trailed his fingers up his wrist and hugged himself with a manic expression, then reacted as if startled by the horns. As with the show prior, the Horns were fabulous. Every time they were on stage I just wanted to soak in what they were doing. I teared up a little during Mammal, and just at that moment Linnell gazed into my eyes. Magical.
