- "Answer" was released as the first and only single off the album Glean in July of 2015, two months after the album's release.[1] In mid-March 2015, notes were sent to Dial-A-Song Radio Network DJs suggesting that this song be played alongside each week's Dial-A-Song premiere.
- The music video for this song was directed by Joe Hollier, who also went on to participate with the videos for Say Nice Things About Detroit and Apophenia.
