That review in Taz is pretty humorous, even disregarding the translation anomalies. It's clear the writer did not enjoy the show or the ideas that the Giants were putting forward. I'm also amused that the ticket stub says that no audio recording was allowed, even for private use, yet we have ample evidence that the show was, in fact, recorded! Ha! Show those German censors who's boss (of me). --MisterMe (talk) 10:41, 23 August 2024 (EDT)

I believe the "no recording" policy may have been in place because the show was professionally recorded for FM broadcast, which is where the long-circulating bootleg stems from (the one partially included in this week's IFC downloads). -CapitalQtalk ♪ 10:56, 23 August 2024 (EDT)
as an addendum, fm broadcasts of concerts were quite common in europe, particularly in german-speaking regions. it's the reason we have so many incredible sounding boots from the early tmbg days. i believe it waned considerably during the 90s. bring it back! —ant 12:26, 23 August 2024 (EDT)
