Trivia/Info
- This version seems to have the same instrumentation as the Factory Showroom version, but with distinctly different vocals. Linnell's vocal performance is more laid back and treble-y, among other subtle differences. Also, the mix of the instrumentation is a bit different. The most prominent difference is the placement and volume of the acoustic guitar in the stereo field.
- According to John Flansburgh, the reason for the difference was likely a clerical error, stating on Twitter, "Oh this seems to have actually been a clerical error no one caught. Simply a mistake pulling mislabeled recordings as finished masters."[1]
