Trivia/Info
- This is a cover of a song from the 1941 musical Best Foot Forward, with music and lyrics by Hugh Martin and Ralph Blane.
- In a 2022 Tumblr post, Flansburgh explained why the band chose to record this cover: "I just love that song. The 'fight song' form is so odd!"
- According to a January 2020 TMBG newsletter, this song was a potential candidate for the album BOOK.
- The song was also used—with different lyrics—in at least two presidential campaigns, including one for frequent Flansburgh subject Richard Nixon, retitled "Buckle Down With Nixon". It was also turned into a '60s safety PSA campaign, "Buckle Up for Safety".
- A rough mix was released to members of the 2019 Instant Fan Club in December 2019.
