• it was at this show that the johns discovered that marty triggers a whipcrack every time they play minimum wage.
• flans has this thing about portland being full of rock critics and has mentioned it on multiple occasions throughout the years.
• after underwater woman someone yelled "play it again!" and they started a short jam based on the song, with jl on accordion, and it was excellent.
• john flansburgh simply loves playing don't let's start and i love watching him play it.
