Talk:Venue Songs (Album)

On the tmbg.com version of Albany it said in the ID3 tag that it was 8 of 32. The Venue Songs album only has 31 tracks. One can assume that one track was taken out just before release. - JasonT

Interesting. I hadn't noticed that. Is it possible, though, that they accidently counted the PDF with the cover art as a track? I notice that the Download Store lists it as "32".... i did realize that they left out the Irving Plaza venue tune. i wonder why.--2sheds

I also realized that they left out the Boston/Avalon tune. They did have it available as a MP3 on tmbg.com once though so I'm not sure why they took it out ~ fingertips

Ok, i found it on my computer, it says under properties, that the day it was made was september 23, so that was probably the day that i downloaded it. Since it's not being offered with the venue tunes album, i'll see if the admin's will let me upload it onto here.

Going to Rename Venue Songs

The latest mailing list letter refers to the Venue songs by city name in italics. I think this is pretty strong proof that TMBG intend for the song titles to be what they are on the album. Unless someone strongly objects, I will move all the songs to their city names, setting up appropriate "also known as" comments within the next day or so. Veloso 00:00, 17 Dec 2004 (EST)
