- This song was mentioned by the band in a September 1997 newsletter as a track potentially intended for release on Severe Tire Damage as a studio track.[1] It went unheard by fans until 2019, when it was released as an IFC download called "Stranger's Eye (Dial-A-Song version)," despite seemingly never being featured on Dial-A-Song.
- In addition to being released to the 2019 Instant Fan Club, this song was featured on a leaked studio tape from 1999 that publicly surfaced in November 2021.
