Through the largesse of a friend I got to be in the studio. I was the only fan there and the place wasn't set up to have an audience so I tried to stay out of the way. The two songs were performed as acoustic pieces with the exception of Danny Weinkauf's electric bass. Flans did a spontaneous reference to the subject of plagiarism discussed on the show immediately prior to their appearance, throwing in "Hey! You!" during the bridge of 'Take Out the Trash.'

It was a wonderful way to start a new series of TMBG shows, an unexpected and fortuitous turn of luck for me.
