I reverted your change for New York City, as we already have download links for iTunes on the song download pages...I thought that this template is to be used for albums, right? --Duke33 11:13, 23 May 2006 (CDT)

Do you think you should change the Amazon one to appear similar? Not too many people know/care what the ASIN is. Maybe you could just put the one line with the link for each of them under the word "Buy." And now that I realize that even I have a hard time understanding that, I'll show you:

Buy
  • buy this album at [Amazon]
  • buy this album at [iTunes]

Makes much more sense with visuals. --badqueso 20:19, 23 May 2006 (CDT)

K, implement it on an album page under the ASIN template like so:

{{iTunes|playListId=type_id_here}}

For example, the ID in this URL (for Apollo 18) is 79029259.

http://phobos.apple.com/WebObjects/MZStore.woa/wa/viewAlbum?id=79029259&s=143441

I noticed that we still have Template:iTunes Stub from when we had the downloads on the individual song pages. It's pretty much the same idea as our new one here but it has a cool pic (iTunes.gif). Should we try to incorporate that into the new template? If so, we'd probably want one for Amazon as well. --badqueso 18:07, 15 Jun 2006 (MDT)
