- From Billboard.com (3/17/05): "They Might Be Giants will be the subject of their first anthology on 'A User's Guide to They Might Be Giants: Melody, Fidelity, Quantity.' Due May 3 via Elektra/Rhino, the package features 29 songs packed onto a single disc, including late '80s/early '90s staples such as 'Purple Toupee,' 'Particle Man,' 'Birdhouse In Your Soul,' 'Istanbul (Not Constantinople)' and 'Ana Ng'.
- Also rounded up is 'Boss Of Me,' the band's theme song for the Fox comedy 'Malcolm in the Middle,' plus the track 'Dr. Evil' from 'Austin Powers: The Spy Who Shagged Me.'
- On the heels of last month's release of the family-oriented CD/DVD 'Here Comes the ABCs,' the group is playing a handful of in-store performances this month in Los Angeles, San Francisco and Seattle."
