Trivia/Info

  • This song was originally intended for the album, but instead released as an Amazon.com-exclusive bonus track to accompany the MP3 release of Here Comes Science.
  • A music video for this song was created by Pascal Campion, but unreleased until They Might Be Giants posted it to YouTube in 2017. In a 2010 interview with the Lab Out Loud Podcast, Linnell mentioned that the video included a child performing a cannonball into a swimming pool. Disney was unhappy with the video because the child was not wearing water wings, and after toying with making lyrical changes to the song, the band decided to drop it from the main release. The eventually-released music video did change the "cannonball" to a "ball", both in the lyrics and animation.
