Surely "Your Racist Friend" is about politics, rather than having just a brief mention? That's the whole point of the quoted line – "I know politics bore you", i.e., racism, being an inherently political issue, is not something the addressee of the song wishes to discuss. --73.13.242.253 07:21, 18 August 2020 (EDT)

I had very much the same thought. It’s arguably one of their most overtly political songs (as depressing as it is that treating people with basic dignity regardless of race is a political issue, but I digress)—definitely more than a “brief mention!” — Aceyyy (talk)
