Talk:Larger Than Life

In the case that both "Larger Than Life" and "She's Actual Size" both fall into the same one of the Song Themes, should only "Actual Size" be put on the list? ... Basically, how much are "Larger Than" and "Actual Size" the same song? - Rhinoceros Rex
They're about as similar as the remix and original version of The World's Address. --Nathew

Opening "thumps"[edit]

This sound was also available on a SFX CD available in the 80's. The track is called "Man Falling Down Stairs". My band used the exact same sound on the opening of one of our tracks in 1993.

Reggae[edit]

Some of the reggae matches the style of Yellowman. Check out his track "Sometime A Lie" on his album "Just Cool" for a lot of the same background elements (the "ribbit" comes to mind - it's identical). I will admit that a lot of reggae shares or copies a lot of the same elements but that specific track seems to have been sampled for this remix.

Something that I cannot explain[edit]

I like this song more than the original She's Actual Size. It has more life put into it, I guess. This is weird, because in actuality, I dislike all other Joshua Fried remixes.--You&Me!! (talk) 13:39, 6 October 2021 (EDT)

By "all other Joshua Fried remixes" do you mean the one other? -CapitalQtalk ♪ 13:45, 6 October 2021 (EDT)
