Hot Topic[edit]
My friend claims he heard this song at a Hot Topic (nerd and punk clothing and merchandise) store, but I don't believe it. Usually the songs consist of dime-a-dozen punk songs you can hear on the radio, but hey, you never know. - Well, Hot Topic stores have been a bastion of corporation-approved counterculture (there's an oxymoron for you) for over 30 years. So perhaps someone with decision-making power heard this song on No! and decided it fit whatever weird aesthetic they were trying to put forth in the early 2000s.
