Trivia/Info
- The same self-help tape used on the album is used here. The "Okay, okay" sampled intro is from this tape. Fades out with the "I'm not back on it, Joe" sample heard on Lincoln.
- Two significantly different versions of this song were played on The Frank O'Toole Show; the first has an electric guitar playing the chords, and the second (labeled as a reprise) replaces the guitar with a synthesizer, and also contains a different, much louder bass track. As a result, the bridges are particularly different. The reprise includes an extra synth intro, and lacks the repeating "Not back on it, Joe" sample in the outro. The reprise is also in mono, and runs faster than the first version, but this may be because of the quality of the tape the show was recorded on.
