Trivia/Info
- This is one of two songs (the other being "College Town" from 2015) not included on any of the albums compiling 2015 and 2018 Dial-A-Song tracks. It was released late in 2018, a few days after the final track listing of My Murdered Remains was announced.
- Addressing its album exclusion in a 2022 Tumblr post, Flansburgh said: "I wasn't super into the vocal (not so bad, but kind of rushed) and it seemed like we had more than enough tracks, so I held it back in the off chance that I could readdress it again later in perhaps a more presentable form."
- Flansburgh also spoke about the song's production in a 2022 Tumblr post, saying: "It's so 'remixed' from what the original 'simple song' version would be, it almost sounds backwards. There are drums from Battery. I know there are samples of my Moog in there, and a very processed sample of an acoustic guitar from a different song in there... I can't recall what the string sound-the very 'art of noise' thing is from. What a curious sounding track!"
