A Rauschpfeife

The rauschpfeife is a woodwind instrument whose original purpose was to play while marching to battle. It sounds like many other woodwinds, but its shape allows it to be much louder with less force of breath than many other woodwinds. Wayne Evan Hankin plays the rauschpfeife in the song "Older" from Mink Car.
