- The opening crescendo mimics the start of The 5th Dimension's Aquarius/Let the Sunshine In, which is also quoted in the fifth verse.
- It appears as though at some point, the version of this song on Clock Radio was replaced with a slightly different version with added guitar over the first verse. If this is indeed so, the reason for it is unknown.
