- Somehow we forgot to post that our good friends from Spare The Rock had a live performance of D Is For Drums on their 3/31 episode (we'll blame it on last-minute April Fools' preparations). We have a very thorough wiki, the people who run the They Might Be Giants Wikipedia (sic) site seem to have really just, I feel like I could put together a diary from the level of information that they have in there.

- An article posted today to Billboard.com reveals TMBG's plans for Here Come The 123s, and discusses the music they are creating for the animated film Coraline (due out December 28, 2008). According to the article, "They Might Be Giants are eyeing an August release" for Here Come the 123s. "The DVD will boast an hour of original music plus videos specially commissioned by the duo." Flansburgh on the Coraline soundtrack: "We're having trouble being as creepy as we need to be; having to write songs that are sincerely scary... We're not completely unversed in writing creepy stuff."

- Kids' music radio show Spare the Rock, Spoil the Child has announced that they are tentatively scheduled to interview TMBG before their May 5th Northampton, Massachusetts shows. They are soliciting suggested questions in the comments section of their blog post, so if you've got a question for TMBG, add it to the comments and it may get asked!
