Talk:Graham Maby

From This Might Be A Wiki

(this was posted in the [1] LJ.) so a couple of months ago i picked up the most recent Regina Spektor album and i finally took a look into the booklet as of recent and discovered that none other than Graham Maby plays bass on Corbon Monoxide, and Sailor Song (the only two songs with bass on it).

1996?[edit]

It says he joined the band in 1996 but played on John Henry, released in 1994. Is he a time traveler?--Mandaliet (talk) 05:30, 21 September 2014 (EDT)

My bad. Looks like i added the info that he joined in 1996. I think 1994 is more accurate, although it could be as early as 1993 possibly. --Duke33 11:23, 21 September 2014 (EDT)
While Graham did play on a couple of tracks on John Henry, he didn't join the live band until 1/16/96 and Tony Maimone was still actively playing with them up until that point. So I guess it depends on your definition of "joining" the band, but I'd say he just filled in as a studio musician earlier but didn't officially join until '96 (making both of you correct).
