- This live intro consists of part of the opening overture from the 1959 musical Gypsy that incorporates the melody of "Everything's Coming Up Roses," which plays for about 30 seconds before it begins looping and gradually lowering in pitch.
- In a Vibe Report streamed backstage at First Avenue in Minneapolis, MN on March 15, 2018, John Linnell improvised lyrics as this intro played before walking on stage: "Da da doe / It's the show / That we play / We are They Might Be Giants / We're going on stage now / At First Avenue / Check us tot--".[1]
