Fud is a 2013 tribute/parody album by "the only They Might Be Giants tribute band from South Queensferry", They Might Be Gannets.
It is a parody of They Might Be Giants 1990 album Flood, containing 19 tracks parodying the original album, such as "B3ta in Your Soul", "Your Unionist Friend", "Herring Aid" and "Road Movie To Barlinnie". It is available for download from Bandcamp here.
As a Scottish band, the band use slang from Scotland and reference politicians, politics, sport, and food and drink of both Scotland and Great Britain. Several of the song's titles are taken from areas of Scotland. A common theme throughout the album is the Scottish independence debate, most notably in the tracks Your Unionist Friend and Salmond Keeps Moving My Chair.
The album's title - "Fud" - in fact comes from Scottish slang for female genitalia, which is commonly used as a personal insult in the West of Scotland.
