Doug Wieselman[1]
Doug Wieselman is a prolific multi-instrumentalist who performed the flute solo in the Indestructible Object version of "Au Contraire". His work has stretched to countless artists, including working with bands such as Yo La Tengo[2] and The Lounge Lizards,[3] and has collaborated with other Lounge Lizards associated acts such as Steven Bernstein.[4]
Wieselman has been performing music since at least the age of 9,[5] and has built an impressive resume since with collaborations with artists such as Lou Reed, Martha Wainwright, and Laurie Anderson. In addition to this work, he was also the co-composer of the Nickelodeon series The Backyardigans alongside Lounge Lizard founder Evan Lurie[6]
