Todd "TS" Rogers (born 1974) is a Connecticut-based artist and collaborator with They Might Be Giants.
According to Discogs, Rogers has been credited with design on various albums since the mid-90s. His first credit with They Might Be Giants was design on the IFC-exclusive 2018 Live CD, with many more credits on their CD and vinyl design/layout since.
