How can an unconfirmed song, listed as never having been downloadable, have a length?

- To add to the Rockford Files connection:
A character named Gandy on The Rockford Files (played by Isaac Hayes) always addressed Jim Rockford by the name Rockfish (much to his annoyance).
- To speculate on a reason they might make a Rockford Files sound-alike, since the track is from around 2001 it may have been made for the Diet Dr Pepper campaign like CHimPs and Holland Globetrotters, but never used.
