Talk:Podcast 37A

Trivia

In case someone's transcribing the podcast, I'll save this comment for the talk page for now rather than Trivia/Info...

The first Flansburgh sentence, "It's They Might Be Giants Podcast - [second-long pause] - with the music of They Might Be Giants," is completely lifted from the beginning of Podcast 6A, except with the "6A" cut out. I haven't done any wave-y treatments to see if they're identical in length too, but it sounds like They didn't even take the time to scrunch together the two segments around the "6A" to make it less obvious. ~ magbatz 17:39, 29 October 2008 (UTC)

Poems

During the Halloween poems does anyone else think that the person kind of sounds like theyre doing a Truman Capote inpersonation? I thought it was kind of funny. :) - CBGBrocker22

The poems sounds like a voice actor from the short lived Adult Swim animated series Stroker and Hoop. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 70.119.124.23 (talk) 01:23, October 30, 2008
That's because it is! Timothy "Speed" Levitch was the voice of Hoop.--Radjose 15:32, 11 November 2008 (UTC)
Does anyone know of a transcription of the poem and who wrote it? It's a great piece. :) ~RonAmoriM 12:18, January 15, 2009

So...

Are we supposed to think up a title ourselves for the last song? I say it's "Mysterious Cloud".--ZippZapp 17:27, 1 November 2008 (UTC)

The Unknown Song

I finally found that unknown song's origin. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6QrT1q6_1wQ --Inunaota4a (talk) 11:48, 23 October 2018 (EDT)
