as you can see from the page, the songs were all recorded on the second leg of the tour. you can check the individual song pages to see more specific for a few of them. a couple were recorded at the DC show and quite a few were from the show at the Fillmore (i suspect that was the source for most of the recordings). other sources shouldn't be added without definitive evidence. -Apollo (colloquia!) 14:41, 29 March 2013 (EDT)
