Fan Recaps and Comments:
- During Particle Man, after the Universe Man verse, John Linnell played the Person Man verse alone on accordion, before breaking into a cover of the pre-chorus and first two lines of the chorus of Chandelier by Sia, with the modified lyrics, "I want to live like Triangle Man doesn't exist / Like he doesn't exist."
- John Flansburgh made repeated reference to a story about Courtney Love that he wanted to share, but that wasn't funny or interesting. Despite ongoing goading and encouragement from the crowd, the story remained untold.
- Before playing New York City, John Flansburgh performed a psuedo-djent version of the song. John and John professed that they had just learned about the genre that day.
