This is a goofy take on the classic urban legend where a couple is making out in a car, and hears a report on the radio of a madman with a hook for a hand on the loose, killing couples that are making out in their cars. The girl is scared, but the boy tries to convince her not to worry. When they hear a scraping sound, the girl insists that they go home. When the girl gets out of the car, she sees that there is a hook still attached to the car door handle. Some of the variants don't mention the killer has a hook for a hand, but instead has the girl find a severed hand still grasping the handle.

I think this song is the funniest thing I've ever heard. (-FireLily)
