Great/Grape[edit]

Prehaps; and I am not pointing fingers here; we should listen to the Johns. In that interview from the beginning of april, Flans says quite clearly that the name of this song is Grape. So it's like an enigma, where they misprint the name of the song on iTunes, it makes it into the linear notes, and sooner or later everybody is saying Great instead of Grape.

Personally tho I think the song makes a lot of more sense if you call it Great than if you call it Grape. I mean, JL is obviously pronouncing it as Great and not Grape so I can see how youd think that. You'd be wrong, but maybe they should change it to be right? That seems a lot more likely to me. Oops[edit]

Until I looked at the lyrics, I thought Dave was going downtown to "get used up", ie use his $100 on gambling, liquor and ladies.

Change in narrator[edit]

I think the last line is coming from the point of view of the money. The first narrator asks where Dave is going and the money answers for Dave that it's going to be spent. Akagi (talk) 11:22, 19 April 2014 (EDT)
