Yuval Gabay is a Jerusalem-born drummer who is a founding member of Soul Coughing, occasionally contributing vocals. He has also played with John Flansburgh. Gabay played the drum track on "Token Back To Brooklyn" and on the Mono Puff song "Careless Santa."
Gabay got his start drumming in the Jerusalem Municipal Marching Band at the age of 9. Outside of his work with Soul Coughing, he has also performed with Suzanne Vega, Lauryn Hill, and Zack de la Rocha.[2] He was also a part of the band Firewater alongside Kurt Hoffman.[3]
