I'm bisexual and from Arizona :) I'm LaughMyAortaOff on Tumblr (just chose a more tmbg-related user for this site) I was first introduced to tmbg via my dad, who loved the albums Flood and Lincoln and would play them for me in the family car on road trips. In January of this year (2024) I had a pang of nostalgia in which i remembered listening to many of their songs, specifically Ana Ng, Birdhouse, and Dead; and decided to revisit them. Fast forward to February and I began drawing a couple portraits of the Johns. No other social media seemed quite right to post them to, so I created my Tumblr account and was blown away by the amount of tmbg fans on the site. My family recently got a record player and our first 3 vinyls were the Pink Album, Flood, and Lincoln. I have Flood on CD as well as Apollo 18 and John Henry, but I really want to have the vinyl versions of the second two. I have a spotify playlist of my favorite songs entitled TMBG Bangers and it's roughly 6 and a half hours long. I also have two dogs that are too big to cuddle with and an obscene amount of stuffed animals. That's about it! THE STICK!!!
