Trivia/Info
- This rough mix contains many of the same basic tracks as the final album version of the song, but features a few notable differences:
- The drum track is played with a Yamaha RX-11 drum machine, rather than the Alesis HR-16 used in the final version. The programmed drum patterns are all identical, though many of the individual drum sounds differ significantly.
- A clean electric guitar doubling the saxophone melody appears in the song's intro, which was removed from the final version.
- The ascending electric guitar chord hits in the intro are absent, except for the final one.
- The saxophones continue playing through the first two verses instead of dropping out as they do in the final version.
- John Linnell's backing vocals are mixed noticeably louder and are panned to the left rather than to the right.
