Talk:Pop-A-Shot (Alternate)

From This Might Be A Wiki

This song's really not an instrumental. It just has fewer lyrics than the version released through Free Tunes. Can we think of a better name for this song? ~Drew

Yeah, I noticed it says that in the trivia after I changed it and was stupified. Maybe something like "Partly Cloudy Patriot Version" would describe it better, but that's really long. --badqueso 21:24, 12 Jun 2006 (MDT)
I want to say "Album Version" or something, but the audiobook's not really an album. Maybe we should just call the other one the "Free Tunes Version," even though the MP3 (obviously) wasn't called that. Any others ideas/suggestions? ~Drew
I wouldn't rename the Free Tunes one because that seems to be the "original" and most well known one, this version is derived from it. Maybe "Audiobook Version"? But people wouldn't really know what that means. I guess if they are looking it up in the first place they probably do. --badqueso 23:01, 12 Jun 2006 (MDT)
Maybe just "Book Version" or "Alternate." We have 'alternates' for Oranges and It Could Be Worse (which is on the same album as this song). I'm just trying to think of ideas. --badqueso 17:48, 14 Jun 2006 (MDT)
Actually, I second using "Alternate." As you pointed out, that would match up well with the situation with It Could Be Worse and It Could Be Worse (Alternate), etc. Should we change it, or should we wait for feedback from others? Or are there OTHER ideas as well? ~Drew
