In the live version of She's Actual Size, does Animal really count as a real person? One, he isn't exactly a person, more of an angry red thing, two, he is a puppet, he isn't exactly living at all. --70.17.191.98 18:02, 1 Jun 2006 (CDT)

I think we should include real fictional people as well, as opposed to fictional people invented by TMBG and move those on that page here. - Whirrrlwind (Woosh!) 17:24, 12 May 2007 (UTC)
I think we have some fictional persons not invented by TMBG on the other list, like Chucky (Cyclops Rock) from Child's Play. -CapitalQtalk ♪ 17:57, 12 May 2007 (UTC)
We could split this page into real real people and real fictional people. Next step would be finding better titles. - Whirrrlwind (Woosh!) 18:02, 12 May 2007 (UTC)
I see your point. But I'd rather have it that we keep the real people page as it is, and split up the fictional people into a list of referenced fake people and a list of TMBG's own imaginary characters. We also could just make a third page, but that seems a bit much. ~ magbatz 18:43, 12 May 2007 (UTC)

Jesus[edit]

In Kiss Me, Son Of God, Linnell sings the line "I look like Jesus, so they say". Someone else added this as an honorable mention on the page because Jesus "may or may not be a real person". Obviously the religious side of the story of Jesus has been hotly debated for centuries, but Jesus, the man, was real. Wikipedia says "Virtually all modern scholars of antiquity agree that Jesus existed historically." He was a real guy, in real history. I don't see a problem having Kiss Me, Son Of God on this list personally, but I feel like we either have him on here or we don't. No need for a honorable mention.--Robot Parade (talk) 12:23, 12 August 2024 (EDT)
