Rising & Converging[edit]
The two essays Girls In Their Turning and Gazing Out Towards by Lawrence Weschler were published later (2005) by McSweeney's as chapters in a book titled Everything That Rises: A Book of Convergences, which is themed on the idea of "convergent" cultural manifestations. (The book's title is a reference to the short story Everything That Rises Must Converge by Flannery O'Connor.)
