Talk:Eight Hundred And Thirteen Mile Car Trip

From This Might Be A Wiki

Every children's album so far, TMBG has found at least one song to work into their normal setlists for adult shows (John Lee Supertaster and Alphabet of Nations). I am thinking that this song could easily become a regular...--Duke33 21:39, 26 January 2008 (UTC)

Car trips run on Dunkin'[edit]

Doesn't this sound so much like it was written to be one of TMBG's Dunkin' Donuts commercials? The rockiness, the harmonies, the humor in having such a long car trip... and the fact that the driver would probably enjoy a hot cup of coffee at some point along the way. Anyone else get that feeling from this song? -CapitalQtalk ♪ 18:55, 7 February 2008 (UTC)

Significance of 813 miles[edit]

So what is the 813 mile car trip? Google tells me 813 miles is the distance between Galveston and Atlanta, Lewiston, Maine and Detroit, and Big Sugar Creek, Missouri and Albuquerque. Nothing with Brooklyn or even New York City. — User:ACupOfCoffee@ 06:25, 16 February 2008 (UTC)

Just found it. It's New York to Chicago. — User:ACupOfCoffee@ 06:27, 16 February 2008 (UTC)
Google Maps says it's 790 miles from New York to Chicago. -pat 08:18, 7 April 2008 (UTC)

It's the exact distance between Vancouver, WA and Provo, UT. - nascarbean_97

Is it just a full day's drive away? --Nehushtan (talk) 20:31, 9 April 2020 (EDT)

Full day and a little bit of night, probably. --ColorOfInfinity (talk) 22:39, 9 April 2020 (EDT)
