I do enjoy Violent Femmes and Gordon Gano's songwriting. I'm just confused on why John Linnell sang this song...Flansburgh could sing this, and it seems more suitable for him. I guess it's strange to hear Linnell sing a love song. Very strange. --Overjoy 12:05, 8 January 2007 (UTC)

Remake?[edit]
Wondering if we should lose the TMBG Remakes category on this one. Unless I'm missing something, it seems Gano essentially gave this song to TMBG to record for a soundtrack and never recorded it prior, putting it into a similar category to Kings Of The Cave and The Second Longest Night, which do not have the Remakes theme. -CapitalQ ♫ talk ♪ 23:19, 5 July 2022 (EDT)
