Yes we are doing a FREE CONCERT with our friend JONATHAN COULTON opening along with EUGENE MIRMEN and his IMPOSSIBLY INSPIRED comedy pals doing a full show of their own--evidently incorporating JUMBOTRONS.
Are you thinking about bringing in a picnic meal before the show--think again because this is a public space in NEW YORK CITY.
Their official rules: NO BACKPACKS, no bottles/cans, umbrellas, chairs, coolers, etc. No bicycles, skateboards, dogs or pets allowed in the park. No cameras with a zoom lens are allowed. Small digital cameras and camera phones are ok. All events are Rain or Shine.

Judge John Hodgman is awarding a THOUSAND DOLLAR prize to the most stylish, smart rock video for the song "Can't Keep Johnny Down." Graphically powerful, conceptually arresting, deadpan, inspired--you know what people like! All mediums encouraged, but found object or copyright clusterfests discouraged! Post submissions on July 15th on TMBG's facebook page. The winner will be judged on the 16th by Hodgman and Hodgman alone, and will receive $1000 bucks and a pizza from the pizzeria of their choice!
