First line?[edit]
I don't think the first line is "The other day my neighbor ..." but I've listened to it over and over and I can't make it out. Any ideas?
- The only possible alternative I hear is "Then one day my neighbor..." but that doesn't make much sense, as it's the first line in the song and would have nothing to refer back to. So I'd say this is a prime example of Linnell slurring so thoroughly that we may never truly know. --MisterMe (talk) 23:16, 29 May 2016 (EDT)
