To interpret the line from I Palindrome I regarding windmills I'm led to believe it's a reference similar to the name of the band. "They Might Be Giants" is a line from Don Quixote, in which he prepares to charge into a windmill. Sancho warns him, they are only windmills, and he replies, "They might be giants". The Palindrome is then that he destroyed windmills, and his children rebuilt them.
