In case it's not obvious to anyone, this song is likely just a reading of bands that were playing the Lincoln Theater around the same timeframe as TMBG. Also, just in case anyone is curious, the "Jump Little Chicken" line is a reference to a band called "Jump Little Children," which is very popular in the Southeast and tours extensively there, resulting in a sell-out show at the Lincoln Theater about every three to six months.
