A Guy Enters a Women’s Domain (and Likes It)[edit]
I know it’s not written by the Johns, but I can’t read their minds any better than the mind of Jonathan Richman anyway.
It’s about a guy. He wants to dance. But the bar scene sucks. Everyone sits on their butts and drinks.
He enters a bar full of women, and they love to dance. The guy won’t pick up a date there, but so what?--he’s loving the experience. The women want to dance and so does he.
He keeps comparing the lesbian bar to the first bar, but it’s no contest. The first bar sucks, hands-down loser bar at every reflection. At the lesbian bar, folks can shake their hips.
