Do we know for sure that this is Linnell on keys and Hickey on drums? It sounds more like the band organ Linnell used on State Songs than real human instrumentation. Or maybe that's just what they wanted us to think? --L (talk) 16:15, 29 March 2015 (EDT)

It definitely is in the style of a band organ! But I don't think it actually is one. When comparing this to State Songs, the main voice sounds kinda muffled, like a band organ being smothered with a pillow, if that were possible. (Louisiana, take this blanket off of me.) If it were a band organ it would be weird for them to distribute this recording without any credit to Bob Stuhmer. Maybe these instrumentals are the result of Linnell trying to get a band organ effect without having to actually deal with the band organ. --Sonderling (talk) 12:00, 30 March 2015 (EDT)
